Dental Benefits

The Welfare Fund now utilizes the HMO program of Healthplex or the PPO program of Empire Blue Cross for dental benefits.

Members had to choose to be enrolled in the HMO program at Healthplex or to enroll in a PPO program with Blue Cross.
